"Once we were checked in, our stay was great. At check-in, our registration person was unengaged and presented inaccurate information. He offered us and upgrade stating that it was less than what we had originally paid for our room. After making the upgrade, he tried to charge us an additional cost. He then stated that it was above what we originally paid so we refused the upgrade. The entire process took us over 20 minutes."

"Jennifer at the front desk is delightful. You will be warmly welcomed and informed of anything you need with her. Feels like a resort with many family friendly activities. Great location in Estes Park and close to RMNP. The Coffee and flavored water bar was a nice amenity. S’mores (free) by the fire at night and free taffy in the reception were fun extras that you don’t find elsewhere. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Clean towels daily were great. Overall a great stay in a beautiful place. We would not Hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Jennifer! You’re an asset to the company!"

"We loved the location. It was wonderful to sit outside and see the mountains. I would suggest that they keep the propane tanks filled for the two fire pits located on the patio area though. That would of made for a great place to sit and just look at the mountains and watch the sunset."
