"Great location, close to town. Limited hotel parking but pay and display opposite. Our room was small but nicely decorated/furnished. Generally found some areas looked tired and could do with a refresh. Overall, a good stay at a great price. "

"Just had a great stay at Victoria Park Lodge and wanted to leave a review. I stay away with work most weeks and don’t usually bother reviewing but I thought this place deserved a thumbs up. It’s nothing super fancy but everything was pleasant, clean abs presented nicely. Beds comfortable and plenty of sockets in convenient places (not always the case bizarrely). "Although pricey, the rooms are far more high end than the Queens. I had a fantastic room. Brilliantly comfortable. Only gripe was a really noisy family with young children next door."
