This spacious and wonderfully decorated unit is located in the private Litchfield By The Sea community. The unit features a quiet location with marsh views off the screen porch and lots of privacy. Just steps to the community pool, walking path and much more. Within the Litchfield By The Sea community you will find dining at Webster's Low Country Grill & Tavern, Starbucks, spa treatments at Stox & Co. Salon and Spa, biking paths, areas for fishing & so much more! Litchfield By the Sea is a private gated community located south of Myrtle Beach and North of Pawleys Island.

The unit features three bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen combination and a wonderful screen porch. The first bedroom features a bunk bed (twin sizes) with a flat screen TV and sink vanity. The second bedroom features two full size beds, a flat screen TV and direct access to a shared bathroom. The third bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, large private master bath, and access to screened in porch. The master bath also features a walk in closet, sunken tub, shower and plenty of space. From the master suite you will find a wonderful view of the marsh which is perfect for bird watching or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Additional amenities include wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and much more.

Would Book Again

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and furniture/kitchen appliances were on the newer side. Pool was within walking distance as well as lake. I would must definitely book again.

We enjoyed it so much that we’re coming back in just a couple of months for a longer stay. The unit is nicely decorated and quite roomy. Having a screened in porch was a bonus and made for bug free mornings for coffee.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our week at the condo. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc that we need for the week. It was very spacious. There are only a few steps to get to the unit which was nice for my older dad who was with us for the week. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Relaxing getaway

The unit is connected to other apartments, but you would never know it! We loved the privacy, space, and little view into the marsh. The kitchen and living spaces worked wonderfully for us, and we loved the location in Litchfield by the Sea. We hope to go again!

Fun beach trip!

My family absolutely loved Litchfield by the Sea and this property. Check-in was seamless and the condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. Our children especially loved playing on the screened-in porch. We made the 2 minute drive to the beach and parked at the beach club which was very convenient with showers to wash off sand, clean restrooms, etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of six (5 adults, one teen) had a wonderful stay. The condo looks exactly as it appears in the photos. This location is very private in the Litchfield By the Sea community and the pool is small but that suited our family. The cable TV and wifi worked well. The kitchen is well stocked —have never seen so many glasses! The towels and linens were fresh. The living room couch is worn but that’s typical in a rental unit. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

The ONLY thing that I would change was the bathroom shower curtain- just a liner and was held up with decorative hooks- not easy to pull with out pulling the while thing down. Easy to replace and with kids, a must!

The unit was quite and in a great location. 100 steps to the pool or 1500 to the beach for those who love counting steps. This is the first rental unit I have ever rented that was pleasantly COLD inside and the refrigerator was still cold when we arrived. We loved Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort!!! Only improvements I can see were needed are some new cushions on the deck furniture and the sofa and love seat are showing some wear but that’s to be expected.

Keurig - large master bedroom & large en-suite with jacuzzi - quiet and efficient washer & dryerLast but not least, Suazanne and her team at Tidelife Vacation Management was very efficient, detail-oriented and impressive regarding every aspect of our needs.They care!We will return- thank you.

Retreat to the Marsh

The surroundings are so beautiful and having the beach within walking distance makes it magical. This unit is completely equipped to provide for a home away from home. The screen porch is a great place to relax with a good book as you enjoy the wildlife activity on the marsh outside. An extra plus is dealing with the staff at Tidelife, who are always ready to attend to any needs you may have. They treat you like an old friend! The area outside the gates of Litchfield by the Sea is rich with activities and the best of restaurants, from Murrells inlet with its Marshwalk, the famed Brookgreen Garden, to the quaint shops in Pawleys Island, all minutes away. It’s easy to enjoy a stay here.

Litchfield by the Sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. It is actually south of Myrtle Beach which was nice because it is not as commercialized and there are less people. We had great weather to enjoy the beach.The only downside to the trip was the arrangements for check-in were not exactly as we expected. The arrangement was the keys would be in a drop box and we could check in anytime on Sunday. We arrived before 7 AM and the keys were not in the drop box. Which is very frustrating after a 14 hour drive. We could not reach anyone at the after hours number. We went to the beach and kept trying to reach someone. Finally, around 10 we were able to talk to someone to find out the room would be available in a couple hours due to the fact it was being cleaned because the previous guest decided to stay an extra night. But, as I said, this was only a minor setback and we enjoyed the rest of the trip. As far as the property itself, there are minor things throughout the house that need attention.
