"Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved."

"The owner sent us several messages during the day of check-in to notify us that due to other cancellations he had to relocate us in a different room. The final room assignment was at a different address than the one listed on Expedia. The premises are in a very remote location that could only be accessed through a rough bumpy road. The room was in a house shared by other guests. The cooking smells coming from the shared kitchen were unbearable. The bedroom was very outdated and the sliding door...

"Perfect accommodation, not far away from main Tivoli. Easy parking around the house. Inside was very clean small kitchen and species batroom. Nice and clean double and single bed comfortable. Host very friendly positive and ready to help all the way. Close by is Railway station with free car parking if you go to Rome by train. Very happy and recommending all the way!!! 😀"
