"The room itself was ok, but the main elevator was out of order. I had to use the stairs to go to the 3rd floor or walk to the other end of the building to the secondary elevator. The exercise room was also closed the entire stay and every piece of equipment inside had an out-of-order sign posted, giving the impression it had been closed for quite some time with no intention of being fixed."

"The room that we were in was overlooking the balcony to the first floor. Therefore it was very noisy. Someone was vacuuming right outside our door at 8 PM at night. So I don’t know if they were fixing something out in the hallway, but it was just very loud."
