"Pros: location is decent for getting around downtown, near some restaurants and venues, responsive staff, looks like they’re renovating, good shower pressure/temp Cons: stained and threadbare towels, cleanliness was attempted but there’s splatters and stains on walls etc, cable box would go out repeatedly, sketchy back parking lot I think the rooms are more expensive than they should be, as this place provides bare bone amenities. It’s a step or two below a Motel 6."

"It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen is modestly equipped but functional. In room laundry was a nice surprise as we were able to travel home with clean clothes! There is no regular housekeeping, so you make your own bed. Roku TV allowed us to watch our stuff. Front desk was lightly staffed but helpful. "

"I couldn’t stay in a room with no AC no fan and a window that only cracks open. I had to leave immediately and didn’t spend the night. "
