"Great place to stay, easy and clear checkin instructions, nice room, beautiful location"

"We were there for one night hoping to catch a rocket launch. No dice. Enjoyed a little time on the beach. The hotel pool was just finishing a renovation so unavailable. The flooring in the room looked as though possibly water damaged. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Tub is older and not good for anyone with balance issues. Good basic room."

"Hallways too hot, carpets stained"

"Great place to stay for a few days. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was great. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and despite the weather we were able to enjoy the pool and the beach before leaving. It was a 30 minute drive from the Kennedy Space Center, which was good for us."

"It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree...

"Hotel muy bonito, personal muy atento, habitación (suite) muy equipada, espaciosa y limpia. Excelente."

"This was our fourth stay at Lost Inn & once again we couldn’t fault it & we will be back next year. The rooms are beautiful & so clean. The staff so friendly & helpful & the added extra bonus of going out on the bay makes this our go to place to stay in Cocoa Beach"

"Hotel was going through some renovations but the staff were very helpful! Room was clean and bed comfortable..would stay here again…"

"Pool was right there kids loved the lazy river"

"The check-in process was so terrible, we didn’t even stay at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. What a mistake to have her work the front desk. We will not be back."

"Loved the pools. We had an issue with our hot water and they responded immediately. Wonderful customer service."

"The room and staff were nice and clean. The restaurant had good food as well."

"The room was clean and had a small kitchen."
