"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich. "

"The property was great to stay in. The interiors are modern and have been thought out for guests with storage, hooks, toiletries and a coffee machine. Access to emergency top ups was also excellent. Overall communication was good and very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved - regular cleaning (I had to request this, which I didn't think I should have to do), the standard of cleanliness could have been better (things were not dusted or hoovered), also I had to ask more than...

"New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."

"Cute, quiet, comfortable studio. However it is a new building and some kitchen appliances were not hooked up, there was no tv connection or washing machines yet, and management gave us the wrong WiFi password. Fortunately someone working in the building helped us with the correct password and the stove. Thank you Zamet (spelling?). I would definitely recommend this place (once everything works). "

"Freshly renovated, modern and clean apartment with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. For your daily needs you have a supermarket (Lidl), drugstore (dm) and a bottle-o („Getränkemarkt“). Stylish common area/ co-working space on the ground floor is also a plus in case you need to wait prior or after your stay. I definitely recommend this place and would come again."
