"All good but the very loud music of their restaurant till 2/3am was too much"

"We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. "Home from home atmosphere. Naturally friendly and helpfully staff. We had a Cababa Studio. Useful to be able to cook with the Auldi just a few minutes walk. Regular trains to Marienplaz. Lovely and quiet, great late continental breakfast until 1100am with free use of coffee and tea throughout the day. "

"The hotel was nice, but I didn’t like the fact that we had a fruit fly infestation on the ceiling when there was no food in the room at all. Other than that and the fact that the public transportation is very limited, it was a great stay"

"Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Viele Monteure und dementsprechend ab dem frühen Nachmittag der hauseigene Parkplatz immer mit Transportern belegt. Der Gastgeber hat aber weitere Stellplätze auf einem angrenzenden Lidl Parkplatz. Ansonsten ist es eben ein Gewerbegebiet. Der Thai Imbiss ist super, auch die Pizzeria in der Nähe war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch sauber. Check-In an einem Automaten klappte hervorragend. "

"The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

The accommodation was immaculate with really good quality bedding and furnishings. Couldn't find fault with the accomodation. "Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. We asked for a coffee maker and were told there were none and we should pay for the breakfast instead. The entire kitchen space was taken up by a giant microwave. "Freshly renovated, modern and clean apartment with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. For your daily needs you have a supermarket (Lidl), drugstore (dm) and a bottle-o („Getränkemarkt“). Stylish common area/ co-working space on the ground floor is also a plus in case you need to wait prior or after your stay. I definitely recommend this place and would come again."
