"Hôte qui demande, par écrit de jeter les alèses lors du départ mais qui envoie directement une facture pour ces mêmes alèses avec un mail désagréable quelques jours après le départ. Ergote sur la différence entre une "alèse" et une "housse de protection", multiplie les messages sur mon mail personnel, passe en dehors des procédures Abritel, etc... (pourtant on est resté plus de 6 semaines, ça lui faisait une belle location !)"
