"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners."

"Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. First, there should be clearer definition of the situation regarding air conditioning and fans. It was not what we expected and did present some challenges given the temperatures we experienced. "It was perfect for a family of nine and Martina and our hosts were amazing! This is a place you’ll never want to leave. One day there was a big wind storm and the pool was littered with leaves. Early the next morning a crew cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. They also arranged to have a wonderful dinner cooked for us that we will never forget.
