"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. "Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners."

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry from 8am-11pm with washers and dryers. Great for families, well supplied kitchen, 2 TVs, USB charging, even included fuzzy slippers for each person. Very good breakfast buffet with baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, a pancake machine which kids loved. Excellent location about 10 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station, 15 min walk to Piazza Navona. Very safe location with lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Will definitely...
