"I really loved your place, excellent location love the rustic finish. It was perfect. Only two things I could comment against are, the people upstairs walking around, thumping on the floor and dropping things was not the best, also a better quality mattress would be a big plus, besides that you have a wonderful place but that’s just my opinion."

"The location was perfect for us. After a eeek in the pacific coast highway at hotels, this was our laundry stop. We grabbed food at the grocery store and made a big salad with chicken for a light dinner after driving up through morro beach and visiting Hearst castle. Relaxed with a movie. The next day we did a 6 hour wine tour to 4 vineyards. Then we walked into town and grabbed a beer at a couple of brew pubs and then dinner. The location worked great for us. A note- the beds are pretty small...

"This is our second time staying at 3Kings, and it again did not disappoint. It’s a lovely house, nice layout and kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities you could need to feel at home. Claire has great communication. We look forward to staying again!"
