Only a 15-minute drive from downtown Paso Robles and mere minutes from the nearest wineries like famous Tobin James Vineyard and Beruli, this serene retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The superb 'Great Room' layout welcomes you as you step inside, and facilitates quality time spent together, whether you're preparing a meal in the generous kitchen or unwinding in front of the expansive flat-screen TV. Cathedral ceilings and chandeliers soar overhead, enhancing the air of sophistication and vastness. Accommodating up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, this residence boasts three full bathrooms for added comfort – be sure to luxuriate in one of the jetted tubs for the ultimate relaxation. Each room offers picturesque views through large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the beautiful surroundings. Our home is situated on all one level, with no stairs, for maximum guest accessibility. Step outside onto the sprawling front patio to savor a delightful dinner paired with local wine or simply bask in the shade and soak up the peaceful ambiance. The outdoor space is expansive and includes multiple seating and dining areas front and rear, and also the convenience of a propane BBQ. Plenty of parking is available in our private paved driveway. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
