"Slightly dated and ‘old fashioned’ property, but nevertheless very quaint, slightly quirky and very adequate! Situated in a quiet, suburban area, away from any direct shops but easily accessible (10 mins/3 stops by No 160 bus) to Parsing/Munchen Parsing train station. Friendly guy welcomed us (beard) and was particular helpful due to having left some personal property on a train! Room (125) was basic and furniture not new, but quite adequate - and bed very comfy! Could hear noises from next...

"Very, very convenient to the Munich train station, but the downside to that is that it attracts folks that loiter on the streets, smoking and hanging out. Didn't really feel unsafe, just a little icky once you were beyond the front of the hotel. "
