Es gab keine Laken auf den Betten, nur Spannbettlaken und eine kleine Bettdecke. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht, aber es gab nur ein Bett und eine Ausziehcouch. Die Couchkissen waren schmutzig. Als wir die Couch ausklappten, entdeckten wir auf einer Decke Blutflecken und auf der anderen gelbe Flecken. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Vorhänge waren zu schmal, um das Fenster vollständig abzudecken. Im Badezimmer klebte Zahnpasta an den Wänden. Der Bewegungsmelder im Badezimmer war defekt. Der Ventilator im Badezimmer war laut.

The location of this hotel is excellent, it is a two minute walk from the central station and about the same distance to Stachus (S/U) My room was facing the rear of the hotel into a courtyard, so I heard nothing from the road and I did not hear anything from the adjoining rooms either. My room was certainly big enough for one person, even two people would feel comfortable here. The shower was excellent, and for the price I paid I thought the whole experience was wonderful. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was only a short walk to a local bakery. I was also able to store my skis and my ski boots in the seller for several days which was also a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, were right to get the same price.

Everything was great, food for breakfast was worth the 20 euros!!!! Oh man so good. My only complaint, and it is of no fault of the establishment but navigsting a full bag and a ski bag ( dakine fall line, fully.loaded) was very, tough. Doable and made for some interesting turns but it was definitely different than expected. Room.was great, wster was piping hot, clean, tucked away but very close to the train station. Staff was friendly, even putting up with my horrible attempts at German. Would stay again, maybe requesting a bigger roo if i came with skis, but this room was perfect if it was just me and a bag.

Neighbourhood is okay, wouldn’t say the best, looks a bit sketchy but it’s convenient as it’s near the main station. The room is a little tired, not extremely clean either. Floor not hoovered, the light switches were filthy. The tv was not working.Check in was okay however check out not the friendliest . The lady just took our key cards and said goodbye. Did not ask if everything was okay or if we enjoyed our stay. Overall average.

Cannot fault this hotel in too much in itself, the staff were very welcoming and I was immediately able to store my bags until check-in (check-in was available early for a small fee). For the price I paid at the time of booking, the room was small but enough to feel at home for a single traveller exploring the city. Rooms were clean and sleep was comfortable, and Wi-Fi was free and very fast. You have to ask for someone to clean/attend to your room each day if you require it, but I spent most of the time outside of the hotel and it was a short stay. Only issues were that the shower temperature could’ve been a little more consistent and the AC didn’t seem to do anything. Another thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is located by the central train station, which makes it very accessible and convenient - but is situated in a slightly dodgy area on a side street - but extremely safe nonetheless, just not as visually appealing as maybe other hotels at this price. Again this is based more on a visual impression than actual experience, though. Overall I’d definitely recommend checking out this hotel if you’re a single traveller or a couple visiting on a short city break spending most of the time in the city centre.

Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht noch einmal nehmen. Zimmer war an sich in Ordnung. Jedoch war es bei Bezug sehr kalt, da nicht geheizt wurde. Des Weiteren roch es im Zimmer parfümiert, Raumduft etc. Für Gäste, die auf solche Düfte allergisch bzw. sensibel reagieren, nicht geeignet. Frühstücksangebot war nicht zufriedenstellend.

The hotel is an average hotel for this part of Munich. The room was a bit dated. The hanging chair was not practical to use. There is almost no space to store bags and belongings. The water in the shower can go from cold to scalding hot with the slightest adjustment. I'll pick somewhere else to stay the next time I am in Munich.
