"IT WAS TERRIBLE! WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7AM FROM A 18HR TRIP & AS EVERY TRAVELERER'S WISH TO GET CHECKED IN RIGHT AWAY, GET REFRESH & REST BUT INSTEAD, ME & MY WIFE WAITED AT THE LOBBY FOR 3HRS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE KEYS FOR ROOM 1145 THAT I BOOKED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND & DIDN'T ANSWER THE GUARD'S SEVERAL CALL ATTEMPTS. AND WHEN THEY FINALLY FOUND THE KEYS. I WAS VERY SHOCKED & TERRIFIED BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED OUR ROOM, SOMEBODY WAS THERE! ONLY TO FIND OUT...

"Excellent location near NAIA 3 and shops The room was small and would have been difficult to fit 2 people and their belongings. Good hot shower, fridge, microwave, WiFi and table and chairs. The downside is that there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet which was extremely dangerous, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work so there is a lot of mould in there, the bed was extremely hard and it was noisy .. Communication with the host was good some of the time"

"Staff were amazing, cordial and ready to assist. The check in was very smooth. The unit was not well kept. Not enough useful utensils, toiletries, towels, sheets and pillows are not enough for the registered guests. The kitchen sink was clogged most of the time. The shower has a complicated hot and cold system. The host must do a thorough inventory of the unit."
