An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. Didn't get an email from the proprietors about how to check in so i had to wait in the lobby. The women who welcomed us and showed to the room was lovely though. It's an apartment fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry machine etc. It was great.
The pools available for all guests for 150php per person.
You can literally see mall of asia from the balcony.

The location was great. Walking distance to mall of Asia and IKEA. Check in is easy. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing is no hot water, still my stay is great. Hope they keep the price as it is. Will definitely stay again at sea residences .

It’s hard to contact anyone during initial communications as I had some last minute issues on my end that would affect my stay, instead of responding within at least 2-3 business days, I had to wait for a week or so or go through agent to help me notify the property about my message. The room was fine. Basic stuff like microwave, stove, refrigerator, pans, plates, and utensils were provided in the property, which is nice. The bidet is available but had a problem with it so we end up not using it. I contacted the property about this problem but got no proper response that addressed the issue. The pool is paid to use, which I didn’t mind paying for, but I felt like this information should be included on the information as it caught us by surprise. There is no instruction on how to get the stub to access the pool on the check-in information. My issue is honestly communication, otherwise everything is good.

Nice Staycation

Our property assistant, MJ, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to our texts when we needed pool passes or were ready to check out. There are two Alfa-Marts on different corners of the property, so it was easy to buy groceries or other needs for our long weekend. Mall Of Asia (MOA) is close enough to walk, but we drove because we were buying heavy things. There are 5 pools at the property. Three "adult" pools all 4 feet deep. A kiddie pool about 2 feet deep, and another child's pool that slopes from 0 to 3 feet deep over about 25 yards.

There were cockroaches! One of 2 rooms smelled like urine. Shower curtain is old/dirty. Old/ overly used towels, accent pillows. Cupboards need an upgrade! (old, ugly) . Have a nice balcony though.

I am disappointed with my stay and do not intend to return. Although I booked for three nights, I only stayed for one night because the room did not match the website's description. The shower was broken, and we had to use a bucket. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable.
