"The pool had only 6 chairs -all loungers were broken. Breakfast was almost always not stocked- stayed 4 days and realized they had yogurt on the last day because it was always empty. Staff was always friendly and present. We bumped into the bed and it moved and was disgusting underneath. Hotel is off the street which was great."

"The home was clean and well equipped for our large family. There was plenty of space and everyone was comfortable. Shirley was attentive and checked in on us. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Our whole family, including our 5 year old grandson and boxer dog, felt safe and right at home. The location is perfectly situated to Fort Benning, the Infantry Museum and downtown Columbus. If our family is ever needing to be back at Fort Benning in the future, we will 100% book this home again!"

"Great location close to everything we needed. The 4 BR 2 B has a great layout for large family. The house needed a good cleaning especially the kitchen. There were dirty pans in cabinet and when I swept kitchen there were dog/cat hairs. We didn’t have an animal. Beds were comfortable. Furniture warm but comfortable. Could use more dining chairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Housekeeping left bags of trash sit in hallway for a full day. Told the front desk about it and that people were just walking by piling more trash on top the bags and was never taken care if until the next day. Left our trash can outside the door because they didnt leave trash bags like we had asked, they took the trash can, we asked repeatedly for it back never was brought back. Luckily we had walmart bags to use. Most the pool chairs are broken and unusable."

"Absolutely awesome experience - with both the property AND the host. Amazing amount of space, beautiful pool and pool house (the extra full bathroom there was so useful!), 3 living rooms of comfortable family space, and a surprise instacart delivery from the host!With both an amazingly hospital host, combined with a perfectly luxurious and spacious home, I would recommend this to everyone without hesitation!
