"Nice"

"Traveled from Wisconsin for my sons AIT graduation wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great place to stay."

"Found a condom wrapper and use condom in the first room"

"Property was in terrible shape. No amenities, no clock, no phone, no clothes hangers, no soap, Dogs making all kinds of noise. Kids making noise. Property needs to be condemned. Totally miserable stay!!"

"HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK DISGUSTING"

"Excellent staff .. Upon checking in, the front desk associate gave me a brief history lesson of the property,. Room was spacious and well maintained. Just beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet.. I will be a repeat customer ❤️❤️❤️"

"Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!"

"Clean room"

"The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine."

"Clean, nice, great staff!"

"Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor."

"The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay."
