Mrs Lucia, her sister and daughter gave us an unforgettable evening teaching us how to make pasta...something the kids will never forget. The pool was a beautiful relief from the heat. Beds very comfortable. Marco a great communicator. We would definitely come back stay!"

"There were seven of us staying for three nights in July 2024. It was simply amazing in every way. It was a highlight of our Italy experience. The location is in a great location for adventuring in Tuscany, but we had so much fun at this house. We used the pool, outdoor seating areas (numerous), grill, and games everyday. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"A very good experience overall. House had plenty of room and quite spacious for the family. Easy access to nearby restaurants and highways. Enough dishes, glasses and utensils. All appliances worked well. Eduardo was a pleasant host and very accommodating to all our needs. Fans came in handy for air circulation on hot summer nights. Outside patio furniture could use some TLC. Pool was refreshing but quite aways from the house but had spectacular views of sunsets."

"My husband and I chose Villa Maria to host both of our families and it was the perfect place for a very intimate wedding celebration (14 people total). Tommaso was an incredible host. He checked in on us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We needed a steamer, he ordered one and it was there the next day. He was kind enough to show us his olive grove near by and gave us lots of great information. Tommaso really enriched our Tuscan vacation with his wealth of knowledge...
