"A great place for a stopover. Room was clean and everything was in order. We had a restful sleep and enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate after our hikes. The light breakfast was perfect for us."

"I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and was informed by the front desk that I would have to wait until my room was ready. I was told that someone would call me once the room was available. A little later, an employee called me and confirmed that everything was ready and that I could proceed to my room. However, barely 10 minutes after entering the room, another employee knocked on my door and questioned why I was already in the room, explaining that she still needed to inspect it...

"Rhody was very helpful."

"Nice property, we booked lake view, however we were given a regular room for the 1st day. Front desk tried to assist for the remainder of the stay."

"Staff were gracious and made our stay enjoyable"

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."
