"Room was comfortable and large. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very complete with lots of options, everything was fresh. Hotel was clean and in a great location. "

"There was no ventilation in the bathrooms so there was mold growing on the ceilings. In US terms I would equate to a motel 6 - we were here for 2 nights and it did the job but I wouldn’t stay again "

"A beautful small castle with bespoke charm. You really experienced all the trappings of its heritage. Absoultely gorgeous! A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loveliest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So different to the standard formula hotels. A once in a lifetime experience . 👍🙂"
