"The location is pretty good, it’s clean, but the amenity is poor. We booked a room for two adults, they just supply one tooth brush cup and one mock tower. By the way the towers are old and not clean enough. The bathroom door is sliding down authority with noise. Tiny sink top for personal stuff. You can hear the neighbors’ voice. The TV, poor channel choice. And we can’t use our own YouTube or Netflix or even casting."

"Old style hotel but big rooms"

"The hotel is in a good location. 2 minutes walk and there is a place to eat, pharmacy, grocery shop. Breakfast at the hotel is standard (different types of bread/pastries, cheese/sausage, omelet, potatoes, sliced fruits/vegetables). The numbers need to be renewed. Personally, my room was dirty, the furniture was all from the 90s. The sink didn't work at all, the toilet was flushed not even the first time. But there was no desire to clarify the relationship. I arrived in Santiago at 6 a.m., I was already at the hotel at 7 a.m. The hotel is full, there are no available rooms. Check-in only from 3 p.m. A few weeks before arrival, I wrote through messages to the hotel - no answers."

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot). The breakfast was fantastic. Bit pricey, but would stay again and recommend to others."
