"Overall the hotel and staff were really good, the room spacious and the restaurant and breakfast were both great. The only issue I had was with the bed that was too soft and the sheets had some stains on them, but they were clean. I'd stay there again."

"I hated that I only booked one night in Rio and this hotel. The ambience was perfect, the view, everything and the staff amazing. It was great the receptionists spoke English as well. Will definitely rebook as it's easily accessible to the Novo Rio Terminal. Didn't wanna leave the hotel... Superb Breakfast"

"Excellent value. Next to a huge mall (Nova America) with an incredible food court and outdoor eatery under a canopy. Room on 17th was quiet and clean-- a little spartan but comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet was quite good."

"Wrong description, the terminal where the hotel is not operating terminal. This terminal was not connected to actual terminal, and also homeless are there, elevator smell like pee. And room where we stay was very noisy, people walking hallway, you can hear very loudly, because it’s not carpet, and very cheap, thin insulation. So disappointing, never recommended anyone."

"Is a nice place and the restaurant food is very good. They have a pretty friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows because they are kind of firm. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay and if you get a room with a view it's a very nice view of the water."
