"Room was clean, bathroom was spacious. Check in was relatively quick. Didn’t have breakfast booked and we’re surprised that it wasn’t offered at check in. A bit confusing in the morning but managed to pay for it at the restaurant"
Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid and overall it fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic — extremely convenient for exploring Madrid and one of the strongest points of the hotel. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was also excellent, with very good quality and variety. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we expected from the Hard Rock brand. The only downside is the size of the room. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was especially tiny — really, really small. If you are traveling with several suitcases or simply appreciate having more space, this is something to keep in mind. That said, everything else was excellent. Great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast, and an overall very enjoyable stay in Madrid. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we would probably choose a larger room category."

"Really loved the place. Modern, clean, great bathroom, great WiFi. All for a great price. You just need to be aware that if on foot, nearest metro is 25 min walk- then direct to the centre. But well worth a stay. I will return!"

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
