"Great location. Great view. Super nice staff. The shower only has a half piece of glass so water goes all over the bathroom. We did laundry and the services in the basement were great! Breakfast only has waffles on the weekend. And they only had Silk milk for cereal. Milk is a necessity when having cereal—especially with kids. Milk or waffles—please have one. "

" Overall, this hotel is just right for our purpose. We stayed Monday through Friday. The hotel is classy, modern, and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all super polite and helpful. There were FOUR pillows on each bed, thank you so much! The bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. The hotel is located two blocks from the center city Temple University campus, where we worked. There were reasonable restaurants and small shops/diners that served breakfast along our walk to Temple....

"Never got to go even after we reserved it. Said computer didnt update itself leaving us to stay in an apartment that was so hot we could barely breathe. Horrible experience. Couldnt access the tv in living room. Remote didnt work. Bathtub was completely filthy...never again and feel i should at least get a partial refund if not a full one. Sorry but thats how we feel about this experience. "
