"Nice, place, would I stay here again? Doubtful. I really just don't understand the need to charge for parking. It's not like it's a shared parking lot. Just another reason to squeeze more money out of the customer. Really ridiculous, especially when there are so many hotels in the Raliegh area to choose from.
I paid extra for the hospitality suite access, however it was closed, no reason given. Was told to get something from the market & tell them at the desk. That's all well & good, but no one feels like waiting for an elevator to go to the lobby & have to explain what you were told about the access to the front desk staff. Disappointing to say the least. Parking should have been refunded in lieu of the lack of hospitality suite access."
