"The staff was great very friendly and helpful. I don't think I will be staying there again. It's very kid friendly but too expensive. Nothing was included not even breakfast. Keep in mind you have to pay a resort fee. The arcade is expensive. We had 700 tickets on one game card and 1000 tickets on the other game card. We were only able to get dollar candy as prizes. We paid 50 dollars for each game card. They have 3 over price restaurants. We paid 111.00 dollars for 3 hamburgers, a club sandwich and one margarita. If you are taking your kids stay somewhere else and take them to enjoy the attractions at Margaritaville. The drinks were pretty much over priced slushies very small amounts of alcohol.The only thing that was included was the splash pad and pool."

"The house was very clean and in a great location with plenty of parking spaces. The front porch was a fun spot to hang out and watch the cars and golf cars drive by. I stayed here with my friends and the sleeping arrangements were a little tight for 8 adults."

"I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non functional adding to bathroom unpleasantness. The Gallery on main floor was a missed opportunity. It takes up valuable lobby space without offering anything to overnight guests. The hotel’s caliber warrants a lounge/lobby space especially since the food hall next door closes at 9pm and the on-site restaurant does not have a bar/lounge rendering guests delegated to hotel room after 9pm unless willing to go offsite to hang out. The Gallery space could easily serve as an excellent lounge/lobby as well as a private meeting space available to rent out. Last oversight was zero covered area at entrance/exit. A covered walkway from front entrance to parking garage or even just door to street would be very convenient for coming/going during the common downpours in the area."

"This was a Birthday/Retirement Celebration trip…5 ladies. The house was perfect for us! We spent most of our time downtown, shopping and dining. We drove each day and found parking was easy. The golf cart would have been perfect if we had had one less person. We enjoyed a pool day. We would have enjoyed more but it rained nearly every day of our trip. The house is roomy, beds comfortable. There’s plenty of space to spread out. I loved sitting out on the glassed in porch. The host was helpful and easy to work with. I definitely plan to be back with my husband soon."

"Great location!!! Host answered all my questions in a timely manner!!! House was nice and clean when we arrived!!!! Loved the golf cart it was nice to have it and not have to drive down town in the car!!! Will stay here again!!"
