"We have been going to this resort for 4 years. Never had a problem. Loved it there. This year was awful. My son’s comforter was stained with either dry blood or some other bodily function. And then there was a cockroach the size of a matchbox car in our room. We tried to call the front desk 3 times and they did not answer. So my husband and son took pics of the roach and stain and went to the front desk. They were directed to a supervisor. They tried to keep low voices so none of the other guests could hear. The supervisor basically blew them off and told them to wait for the head of housekeeping. When she arrived she asked them if they would like another room. Yes! She then said we couldn’t because they were sold out. What?! Why did you offer? They said they would go back up and do a deep cleaning. They did this when we went to dinner. When we got back the roach was done and a new comforter was put on the bed. We were not offered anything and no one apologized. After we left I sent an email to their customer care. Never got a response. Tried the CEO, nothing. I found a 3rd email address and sent a message. I was asking for a refund at this point. We even left a day early. I finally got an email back instructing me to call the resort directly. Why would I do that? They didn’t do anything when I was there. Very disappointed. "

"Perfect location - whole home. Safe as it gets. Get to beach and all activities, restaurants and shopping downtown effortlessly. The home is clean, was very comfortable for our family (love the extra fans, towels & blankets made available!), and the games inside and outside of the house kept the kids quite busy (for the very little time we were actually at the house in the daytime!). This is our second stay here. Will stay again. Thank you! "

"Amazing communication! The house is perfect with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a golf cart. The location is perfect, and it was a great spot for our French Bulldog to relax while we were out and about. We will definitely stay there again!"

"This place was the complete vacation package for our stay in Ocean Springs/Biloxi MS. We were able to travel with our 2 small dogs with a big fenced in back yard to roam, small ride over to all the casinos, charming village to discover and a relaxing home with backyard pool to boot! We could not be happier with this stay. It had everything we needed. All the kitchen supplies, bathroom needs, washer/dryer and televisions in every room. Home was ready early and host responded quickly to everything even down to the smallest detail. On our drive over, I placed a grocery delivery order with the local Walmart and it arrived promptly. Our dog had a health issue during our stay and we found the nicest vet 10 min down the road that saw us same morning we called and took care of us. Many restaurants and grocery stores within driving distance. We had an issue with the coffee pot and she delivered a new one within the hour. Home was so relaxing with beautiful art throughout. I spent most of my time on the enclosed back porch every morning watching the squirrels play. I cannot say enough nice things about this home. So much thought has been put into every crevice of this place. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay and will always keep this one as our choice spot when we travel to Biloxi again! "This was a charming little cottage that was actually larger than what the pictures depicted! Well decorated and all-around lovely! Communication with the host was top notch."

"Cottage was much smaller than anticipated from pictures, check the square footage before booking. Property was noisy, bar next door was loud most nights until 4am, work trucks directly behind cottage cranked up between 6:30-7:00 am, and train tracks bordering the property are very busy. Golf cart was nice but can’t get too far as battery does not hold a charge. Host offered to move us to a different property at double the price, adjacent to same busy train tracks. Porch was very peaceful to sit and relax or read during daylight hours. Cottage was clean and convenient to downtown and beach."
