"Very helpful team. The breakfast was fresh and very plentiful. Liked that we were given a option of freshly cooked eggs. The breakfast hours were very convenient 8am until 11am. It was very pleasant to sit out on the terrace, relaxing and enjoying the view. On our last day we had an early breakfast. This came quickly and was very welcome. The people on front desk were very helpful, as were everyone on the breakfast and cleaning teams. The room was very pleasant and well equipped. It had an excellent bathroom. We would have preferred a kettle and larger cups, rather than the coffee pod machine. Our balcony was large, with two chairs and a table, in addition to the swing chair. A lovely relaxed space, that got the morning sun. Thanks for a lovely stay. We hope to return soon."

"The room was clean and towels were refreshed daily. Buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel were good. The Oleander restaurant was also good but in the trees so bug spray is needed. The water in the main pool was colder than the sea, and the spa pool was cool despite, supposedly, being heated. The staff were great and many made a fuss of our 4 year old. There is no local bus or hotel shuttle to the Old Town. This is only a short walk for adults but several times we returned to the hotel by taxi (never charged more than 10 Euros though). All in all, this is an excellent location and a great holiday destination. Airport transfers were excellent, booked through Maistra link."

"Would 100% recommend. Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel - the hotel looked brand new everywhere! Beautiful rooms, immaculate grounds, generous breakfast with à la carte choices cooked to your order. What blew us away was the attention to details and every single member of staff making you feel like you were the only guests. Without asking, we received a surprise one evening in our room of an exquisite cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary - what a thoughtful touch. My husband also accidentally knocked his iced coffee over by the pool and within minutes they had replaced it without asking. Considering our stay was in peak August season, there were always sunbeds to choose around the pool and I witnessed the pool staff going above and beyond ensuring guests every need was catered for. Cannot thank enough every single member of staff for a truly memorable visit in an amazing location."
