Westgate check in staff botched our check in. We arrived an hour before check in time and were told we would be notified when the room was ready. 2 1/2 hours later nobody had contacted us so we went back the front desk and had no idea what Happened Also the luggage was to have been delivered to our room and almost 2 hours passed after we finally got our room and no luggage. After calling the guest services 3 times no luggage. When I went to haul our luggage myself they wouldn’t allow me to have a cart unless a bellman accompanied me even though by that time I wanted nothing to do with the bellmen. The room was dirty and not what it was represented to be and grossly overpriced.

Everything was satisfactory. The bed was super soft. The pictures did make the room look a bit bigger than the actual size. Overall, it was a great stay and im very happy with my decision .

Perfect for family of 3. Our son slept on the pull out couch and said it was comfy. King bed was very comfy. Nice having 2 tvs and steam shower was great. Location was perfect ski in ski out location. Many great amenities. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, work out room and had great meals at DDB. The property is huge so plan on a lot of walking to get around. We loved sitting outside by the fireplaces both day and night. The complimentary shuttle service was great to take to downtown PC especially since parking was difficult to find and pricey. Loved our stay here!
