The Space:
Spacious, functional studio, completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or for business.
The studio features a double sofa bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with bath and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area, TV and WIFI access.
Tastefully decorated apartment with chic, contemporary furnishings.
On entering the apartment you'll find :
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- 1 sofa bed that converts into a double bed (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- bathroom with bath and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...)
- a washing-machine dryer, a clothes line, an iron and ironing board.

We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.
Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the studio is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
