Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. "We LOVED our stay here! My husband and I needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Paris and this property was perfect. We had an incredible view of the Effiel Tower which added to the romantic atmosphere. The mini bar was included, room service was yummy, and all the staff was fantastic. We didn’t want to leave we loved it so much!! Highly highly recommend. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. "
