Bright studio with wide sight on the roofs of Paris, designed as a hotel confortable suite, located in the trendy Villiers / Batignolles district, close to Parc Monceau, just a few metro stops away from Montmartre, Pigalle, and Etoile. 5 min walking distance to the metro (stations Villiers & Rome), .

Located on the 5th floor, the studio has been renovated a year ago. Its large windows overlook the roofs of Paris. We provide towels, bathrobe and sheets. The fold out queen-size bed (160cm) & premium Treca matress, allows to turn the space into a confortable spacious living room. Equipped with high speed wifi, television, oven, dishwasher, laundry/drying machine, as well as an expresso coffee machine and complete kitchenware .

Just a 3 minutes walking distance you will find Rue de Lévis Market, open everyday except sunday afternoon. 2 supermarkets are open every day until 10pm and. Large choices of restaurants offer take away. The neighborhood is lively but the apartment is a few blocks away so it remains calm. A multiplex cinema is 8 minutes walking distance. You will enjoy parc Monceau, peaceful and perfect for runners. Pigalle, Gare Saint Lazare and Champs Elysées are 15 minutes away walking distance or 6 minutes by métro.
