Charming 2-room apartment of 50m2, very practically located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, on the border of the Buttes au Cailles and Maison Blanche districts – lively area of small shops and restaurants.

The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC/toilet, a bedroom, and a 15m² terrace.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed large enough for 2 people.
A parking space may also be available if needed.
