Disappointing accommodations

The apartment was not as advertised. Air conditioning did not work, elevator in the building didn’t work, the lock on the front door didn’t work consistently, it failed on one day and we were locked out. The apartment was not available at the appointed time. The apartment was noisy. It was marginally clean. Sweet Inn did a poor job managing the situation. Communication was lacking and most issues were never fully resolved. We think a partial refund is appropriate, given the circumstances. Please advise.
