The reception staff were unwelcoming and came across as rude and dismissive throughout. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Rather than feeling like a valued guest, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. A hotel stay should be relaxing and straightforward, but this was the opposite. I won’t be staying here again and would recommend others consider alternative options, especially if good customer service matters to you."

"The staff is okay but the days we were there,the AC not working,provided one towel for a twin room.There’s only 2 kitchen staff working in the buffet area,the chairs were still not ready for the influx of guests who is having breakfast.The area itself is in dingy areas"

"I was there it a very bad neighborhood people tried to get money from us in the parking lot very sketchy people and hitting the roof of our car when we refused. We informed Expedia and the staff the front desk was very rude about it. We did not stay, it was nasty in the parking lot I have never seen a Premiere hotel in such a dirty state. Yes it’s cheap but it is this Cheap for a reason I would avoid this place we arrived late at night my husband is law enforcement and said immediately: “ There is NO WAY we are staying here!” We travel A LOT never felt this unsafe before."
