They were all very attentive but special attention should be paid to Laurence who made the impossible happen. She was able to secure me a Royal Suite for my mom. It was mom’s first time in Paris and it made the difference waking up in that room with the view of the Eiffel Tower every morning. Laurence thank you for making the experience unforgettable. "
