"After I booked i did not receive the access details until I was there, waiting in the rain outside. There was no staff on site to let us in. They charged a high price but did not have staff to help. There were 3 doors to unlock and the room lock would not open. Then another couple who was staying in another room helped us unlock the door. We wasted almost 2 hours just to get in after we arrived. Also there was no towel hanger in the washroom, only small hooks and no toilet paper holder. Kitchen had no microwave. The good thing was that it was close to some attractions which saved some time."

"This hotel is in an incredible location, the staff is amazing. The only issue is a small elevator that’s a little too small for anyone to fit in and it’s a lot of steps. But they are doable."

Hotel Rinascimento

"Not far from Plaza Navona, this was a gem of a hotel. We stayed for 3 days from May 12 through May 15, 2026. My Italian is close to non-existent and the 5 different desk staff helped us muddle through our everyday challenges. They called taxis for us, and a carrier to get to the airport when our visit ended. They provided a useful map of the area and told us the best way to get to all the typical tourist venues we wanted to visit. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were no bureaus but there was a Murphy bed that served the purpose of unloading our belongings.The shower was the most modern I have seen, and it took some time and experimenting to get it to do what I wanted. The breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and a very helpful woman shepherding us through. Wi-fi is provided, though we had some problems with the initial hook-up to my laptop. Again, the desk folk helped us solve that problem with a call to the wi-fi provider. If you are coming from America, bring outlet converters as your electronics are not compatible with European outlets. We strongly recommend the Hotel Rinascimento on Pellegrino Street in Rome."

"The room was clean and it was cleaned daily. Updated. It was in a great neighborhood, walkable to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Not a hotel but we enjoyed our stay there."

"The hotel is in a convenient Location ( once You find it) decent size rooms and bathroom We were lucky to have room ready when we arrived around early Staff was helpful to arrange taxi to airport and suggest restaurant Drawback- No sitting area to gather with other couple we were travelling with once in for the night"

"Lovely hotel near Piazzo Navona. My room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a variety of eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries and more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on the 4th floor, but still heard street noise late at night. It wasn't terrible, but definitely noticeable. Rooftop deck was amazing with fantastic view of Rome."

"Beautiful property, excellent location, very close of Piazza Navona, 25 min. Walking to Vaticano, 15 min walking to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, a lot of options to eat nearby, however that also causes it to be very noise day and night."

"Lovely hotel near Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. My room was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was large with a tub/shower. Beautiful sitting area in lobby. Staff was cheery, friendly, and helpful with restaurant and other recommendations. I'd stay here again. Absolutely perfect!"
