"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Super accueil, comme à la maison. Tous les 2 d'une gentillesse rarissime. Propreté irréprochable, très bon petit déjeuner, petit bar et clim dans la chambre, literie confortable. Nous recommandons à 100%, merci encore !!"

"Awesome hotel, convenient walking distance. Enjoyed it very much."

"Wunderschön in einem Park gelegener alter Palazzo mit schönem Pool. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. In manchen Bereichen besteht ein gewisser Renovierungsstau."

"Lovely hotel located near the train station and Old Lucca. Nice room and breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is inside the city walls. Upon arrival by car, get instructions from the front desk before you venture beyond the city gates. The hotel is old but very comfortable, clean, and efficient. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, so confirm a space when reserving. The bonus is you cannot get any more centrally located. I would stay here again, for sure."

"The parking is good. The location of just outside the wall at Porta Elisa is convenient. The man at reception made our dinner reservation at Gigi and it was great."

"House has the feel of prior centuries, but is well maintained with modern conveniences. Two block from the old city on a quiet residential street. Three blocks away the other direction is a bakery and several restaurants. Supermarcato is within a reasonable walk"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with such an incredible variety of fresh and tasty choices. And the staff were wonderful—so warm, sweet, and accommodating. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely be back to Hotel Diana! ❤️"

"quaint place in an excellent location. Easy to get everywhere from our room. Staff were delightful and so helpful. Breakfast was delightful on the upper deck"

"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "
