"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. "We received an "upgrade" to the basement spa room which had a private jacuzzi & sauna. The jacuzzi expelled a small amount of some type of black substance from the floor filter so it when unused. The internet did not work in the room. One shower drain (very long type) had a loud/constant drip originating from some other location/source. We used two towels to muffle the sound. "This is perfect place to stay close to Coloseum - only 5 minut walk. The check in process is unconventional - the desk is not staffed most of the day and you have to communicate via WhatsApp. The AC worked fine but it started making some noise on our last night. The one thing that needs to be looked into is the shower - poor draining and water goes from super hot to cold on it own intermittently. If that is fixed, I would stay there again."
