"The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. "La chambre était dans un état impeccable et propre, le personnel courtois, gentil et aidant, déjeuner dans une ambiance paisible et plein de douceurs très, très délicieux et copieux. localisation parfaite et calme pour dormir."

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"The Hotel room is cleaner, but the facilities are relatively old. For example, the luggage racks are no longer usable, and the front desk staff are very good."

"We had a wonderful time here. The staff was kind and very helpful. They helped with our luggage and always said hello and smiling. Highly recommend this hotel. The pool and sauna were fabulous and so relaxing. Also, a big shout out to the lady in the restaurant! (Wish I got her name ) ! The bar was closed and she let us take 2 drinks to go up to our room at the end of our evening. Very nice getaway. Highly recommended staying here. We would come back. Thank you !"
