"Quirky hotel with comfy beds and rooms, quiet and peaceful"

"Great sized room and bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly. Great stop over spot on a long trip home, close to town, fresh choice next door which is super handy. Will definitely stay again."

"Clean nice spacious but I’d have to say quality accommodation is a bit of a stretch. Everything feels a little bit budget."

"Great little place. Clean and great location."

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, fantastic food and very relaxing experience. My only complaint is that the LED lights always glow when you switch the lights off, so there should be a master switch or a light cover on the lights."

"Great place to stay"

"very convenient location, great size rooms well laid out."

"The owners were very nice. The suite was very comfortable. A small continental breakfast was included and there were other amenities available. The location was fantastic. Only 15 minutes max from Hobbiton, which was the main reason we stayed in the area. View was beautiful."

"Ideal easy one night stay on route to the south. Comfy bed, wi-fi good, good dinner options close by and brekkie okay."

"Location was close to the football field for my son's tournament. Also easy to check in and out."

"Perfect stay/location for our Football Tournament"

"The room was beautiful and large. Breakfast was a full breakfast with a huge selection of items. Area grounds were beautiful and the owners were very responsive. Nice location, quiet, easy to get to but not far from town. We visited during spring and the flowers were all in bloom. They had a pool but was too cold time of year."
