"Clean room, great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Always coffee available and the room and facilities were kept well. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! The pool wasn’t full size and was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed it and others did as well. We made use of the gym, but the water bubbler was empty both days. The front desk gave us bottled water instead."

"Property is getting a bit rough. While i like laminate floors in Hotel rooms, my room's floor was all cupped up and separting. Instead of repairing the floor properly they just filled the gaps with caulk. Its obvious the floor was incorrectly installed. Also grout in the bathroom floor tile was missing. "We had a wonderful stay at the Riu Times Square! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip to NYC. The breakfast experience deserves special recognition. It was exceptionally well organized from start to finish.
