"Rooms were dirty. Stayed there five times in the last month and had one good room. I"

"The elevator was broken and out of commission. Although they advertised free breakfast, when we checked in there was a sign saying “No breakfast. Sorry for the inconvenience.” We were traveling with my elderly mother and intentionally booked a two bedroom suite. When we checked in to the room it was extremely warm and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The desk clerk found us two adjoining rooms but upon entering one, found it hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc. In fact I thought I had entered an occupied room) so back to the clerk for our third try. This one had just one towel and the bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Not at all pleased!"

"Breakfast at 8am --nothing was even warm, gravy,microwave, toaster, nothing worked! thank you for the mini muffins and apple sauce. It filled me a bit. Maybe they blew a fuse or over loaded the circuits for that small of an area. otherrwise all was fine. Pat"

"Just needed a good night sleep while traveling. Staff, room, overall cleanliness was just what we needed. Thank you!"

"I am sure i would have given better stars. But i had other issues not related to the hotel that made me not be able to actually stay there. Recommend spending the extra 20 dollars for the breakfast. Thats was pretty good."

"No clean room "

"The host was welcoming and helpful. The mobility ramp to the front door was a bonus as was the garage to park the car out of the snow. The heating worked well. Unfortunately the house was not very clean (very dusty). The hand rail on the stairs to the basement was falling off the wall. With a deep clean and some maintenance this property would be top notch."
