"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"Stayed in this home for the weekend with two families (4 adults, 6 teenage kids). Layout was great for two families, or possibly more. The neighborhood was amazing. Middle of Paradise Valley at the base of camelback mountain. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to Sanctuary Resort. The house is dated and the layout is funky, but the location makes it easy to look past these things. The price reflected this. If modern finishes and design is important to you, you may want to...

"The codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again."
