"My stay at Excalibur was good. A couple of small things that had to be addressed and they were taken care of. One of the staff whose name I can't remember was very helpful with checking and the Kiosk. The hotel has Trams that were convient for me to attend my conference. The hotel is older and clean, I enjoyed my stay."

"I didn’t like the fact that I paid 62.00 dollars a day for the hotel amenities but I was also charged 55.00 dollars for using the pool! That was outrageous and it should not be allowed. If I am paying for the amenities, I shouldn’t be paying for using the pool. The pool should be included in the amenities."
