"Room was very nice, bed and pillows very comfortable too. Website confused me with stating about reserving chairs for a fee at the pool, but that was not the case; there were plenty of lounge chairs at pool and no fee to use. There was a problem with tub drain being clogged, but staff took care of immediately once notified. And staff were all gracious and friendly. I thought the lobby was a little dark, and dated looking, which shouldn’t matter as not staying in the lobby, but it was significant that it effected my first impression walking into the building. Food and restaurant choices were awesome. Very convenient just having to take an elevator to find a restaurant. I woukd stay in the New York, New York again for sure. Thank you to everyone there!"
