"Youth sports teams were in house, running, yelling and knocking on doors and down the hallways and stairwell from 3:15pm until 9pm. The only time it was quiet was between 6-6:45pm, I assume the pizza party in the cafe was during that time. Went down to the desk around 8:15 (after I already called down) to find all of the parent drinking and socializing in the lobby. Staff just smirked and laughed it off, they tried to get the parents involved but when you know youth sports you know. Wasn’t offered any compensation, not even a room change. "

"Overall very happy with the process and property. We were attending a family wedding and needed accommodation for 9 people. We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half an hour!! All in all, highly recommend for a larger gathering, the place is well laid out with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. Thank you making this so easy!"
